Sohal surgeonfish

   Color is light gray, gradually turning white on the ventral side. On the head above the eyes and on the sides there are narrow longitudinal black stripes. Under the pectoral fins there are orange spots, around the notch with a spike on the caudal peduncle there is a short longitudinal orange or red stripe. The unpaired fins are black with a narrow blue marginal border, the pectoral fins are yellow at the top and white at the bottom with a black border.
