Short description
Ring wrasse and others. Males Hologymnosus annulatus are mostly greenish with a blue face, the Indian form having a white stripe down the centre of the body. The body of males is marked with numerous blue-red stripes. The head is pale purple with green or blue-green stripes radiating from the eye.
