Short description

 

 

 

   

   The upper body is usually grayish-brown or greenish-black, while the underbody is whitish or light purple. Small white dots are often visible on the upper body. A red axillary spot is present. Females may have two white lines along the body and one to three black spots with a white border near the caudal fin.
