Short description

It is distinguished by its bright, contrasting coloration — three wide, vertical black stripes on a white or silver background. The first stripe runs through the eye, the second behind the pectoral fins, the third across the dorsal fin, and the tail is white. There is a white spot on the forehead between the eyes. The pelvic fins are black, and the pectoral fins are transparent.
