Short description
Body coloration is bluish-green in the upper half, white or silvery-blue in the lower half. A single yellow longitudinal stripe on the sides, about 1 scale wide, covers the lateral line for most of its length, usually running dorsal to the lateral line on the caudal peduncle. The caudal fin is dark, the tips of the lobes are black.
