Short description
Males are distinguished by a light, often milky-pinkish or yellowish coloration with blue-green hues and an elongated head. The pectoral fins are usually light, uniform, or slightly yellowish. The dorsal and anal fins have a blue edge. The caudal fin has a blue tint. In adult males, the outer rays of the tail are elongated into long filaments.
