Short description
The back is light brown, gray-brown, or bronze, and the belly is white. The most striking feature is the distinct black tips on all fins, especially the first dorsal and caudal fins. The black tip of the first dorsal fin is sharply separated by a light stripe below it. A noticeable dark stripe runs along the sides, extending back to the pelvic fins.
