Short description
The back is sandy yellow, olive, or brown, dotted with bright blue or light blue spots. The belly is light, cream, or white. The tail is longer than the disk, with light blue stripes on the sides. The tail has one or two venomous spines. The eyes are convex and located on the top, with spiracles behind them for breathing in the sand.
